It is true, health is wealth. Good health is very important for our busy lives. As we know, a healthy body has a healthy mind. In this age of technology, maintaining our health is quite difficult for us but to maintain good health we should do some exercise and eat our meal at the right time. A big source of being happy is fitness and a healthy body. Some main rules we should follow in our busy life to stay fit are as below:

Eat Healthy Food:

Unhealthy food can be very harmful for our body and it also can be a big cause of illness. We should eat food which is rich with vitamins and protein. It will help to boost our immune system and give energy to the body. Fruits and green vegetables should be used in daily life.

Daily Exercise:

Daily exercise is very important for us. Morning walk should be a part of daily life. It keeps us fresh as well as fit. Playing outdoor games help to keep us healthy and fit.

Stress free life:

We live in a world full of stress. Everyone has different types of stress like exams prep, having to go to college, school and offices. For all our daily house chores, study and office work we need a focused mind. And yes mental health is very essential for us.

Drinking water:

Water is a main part of our life. The U.S. The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicines determined that daily fluid intake is adequate, about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) for men and 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) for women. This recommendation can cover fruits and vegetables and rest from water.

Sleep on Time:

Sleep is important at any age. It is cleared by science. It powers the body and mind. Healthy adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. For good health, you should sleep on time and awake early in the morning.


Respect your body, it’s the only one you get”. Our priority should be our  health. It depends upon food, regular sleep, our daily habits, fresh air, sunlight, water, and a sound mind. A healthy lifestyle leads to happiness and success. If we are healthy by body and mind then we can be successful in our all goals.
